CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

All Levels Vinyasa - 60 minutes. Join us for an all-levels Vinyasa flow class designed to promote proper body mechanics and balance. You will leave feeling retooled, flexible, and relaxed. Poses are held for 3-5 breaths to allow for proper alignment and strength building.

Core Flow - 60 minutes. Think of six-pack abs when you think of your core? We like to think of your core as all the muscles in your trunk. This class is designed to both strengthen your core muscles and awaken/retrain them to help keep your pelvis and spine healthy. You will be led through floor work, standing postures, and targeted exercises that will get your core warm and strong! 

Power Basics - 60 minutes. Join us for a Vinyasa flow class that explores strength. Kick up your practice a notch and venture into arm balances, inversions, and deeper core work in this class.

Power Flow - 60 minutes. Advance and deepen your practice in this challenging Vinyasa flow class. You’ll build heat and find offerings to more advanced arm balances, binds, inversions and more.

Restorative - 75 minutes. Refresh and restore your mind, body and soul! This class focuses on held poses to help relax and restore the nervous system, resulting in a deeply relaxed state. You will utilize props to help support you throughout the practice allowing your body to completely relax.

Slow Flow - 60 minutes. This class offers a gentle flow-based practice focusing on the breath with movement. You’ll spend time in each pose allowing your body to fully experience and appreciate the pose.

Therapeutics - 60 minutes. Therapeutics is designed to help mitigate chronic conditions, injuries, immune disorders, and chronic pain. You will be led through very specific targeted poses to alleviate the physical effects of whatever weighs you down physically. Class includes breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and restorative Savasana. This class is appropriate for all levels and conditions; including but not limited to scoliosis, RA, OA, osteoporosis, osteopenia, early MS and Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, sports injuries, repetitive motion injuries, and more! YINyasa - 60 minutes. YINyasa is a beautiful combination of two different styles of yoga; stillness in movement and the flow in stillness. You will begin with 30 minutes of long passive (yin) poses, lengthening and stretching muscles to create space and then transition to a 30-minute dynamic, active (yang) flow emphasizing on strengthening and flexibility to invigorate the body and mind. This is an all-levels class.

Yoga Basics - 60 minutes. New to yoga? Want to focus on breath and alignment? This all-levels class is for you! You will be led through a Vinyasa style flow that focuses on alignment, breathwork, and balance in the pose. Poses are held for 3-5 breaths to allow for proper alignment and strength building.
