This virtual workshop is for anyone interested in learning how the effects of trauma, grief and stress collect in our bodies and minds. It includes brief discussion on how our bodies respond to stress and how mindfulness practices can be used to navigate those responses when they are no longer useful. We will practice specific breathing and meditation exercises that have been shown to positively impact our stress response system. You will leave with a written guide and resource page to support you in your continued wellness journey. 1 CE credit available for registered yoga instructors through Yoga Alliance.
